This will be a day, where there is lots of laughter and everyone goes home with a variety of cheese made by themselves and the skills to continue creating delicious results in their own kitchen.
You will learn from someone who is passionate about his work - Lucas Klekowski has achieved much since he arrived from Poland with his wife to work in Bodalla. Recently he was chosen to judge the Australian Dairy industry awards and his cheese are getting big ticks. Lots of his Bush Tucker Cheeses are now at sea on Australia's biggest ship - the HMAS Canberra, taken on board as a proud example of Australian product.
This class, the cheese will be a camembert style, ricotta and squeaky cheddar curds. The day includes a three course lunch of cheese inspired dishes with wine, it is a fun time!
