GOOD AFTERNOON ROSEDALE Sun is shining, with a slight breeze here in lovely Rosedale. The sidelines are now completed in Rosedale Parade, Paul Street, Miller Avenue and Cooks Cresent. Some sidelines have been completed in Tallwood Cresent, Tranquil Bay Place and Knowlman Road. I wish to offer my apologies to Knowlman Road residents as sidelines and PU installations have come to a halt at the moment as we are waiting for a larger drill to arrive to combat the rock and the long shots. A drilling crew will be moving into Rose Court tomorrow and will be there the next few weeks. Pressure Units have been installed in Rosedale Parade, Paul Street and Miller Avenue. This week installations will continue in Miller Avenue and Bower Place. I have started contacting residents of the commencement of installations starting in Cooks Cresent next week. Boundary Kits have also been installed in Rosedale Parade, Paul Street some in Tallwood Cresent, Tranquil Bay Place and Miller Avenue. Also more than half of the Boundary Kits are installed in Cooks Cresent. The PCP (pump control panel) installers are continuing throughout Rosedale, currently in North Rosedale. As we are approaching the busy summer period I would like to remind everyone that we will not be doing any construction work from the 17th December until 31st January. We will have a crew on standby for restoration work, and the office will open the second week in January. Always feel free to email or call me (0427994906). Now unfortunately for the bad news THERE WILL BE NO CONNECTIONS BEFORE CHRISTMAS so please do not cancel your usual pump out service. Lastly I would like to send out a big thank you and well done for those neighbours who are allowing access through their properties to enable installation of their neighbours units GREAT COMMUNITY SPIRIT! Stay Safe and HAVE A GREAT DAY! The Rosedale Association Inc. website is the primary source of information on Rosedale and the surrounding area for all members and visitors to the area. The RAI committee endeavour to keep you up to date with what is happening in and around Rosedale, and provide useful information about our very special part of the Australian coast.
