'Who’s Who’ - an exhibition of paintings and drawings by award winning artist Janet Jones is to be held at Narooma's SoART Gallery from 4 to 15 November, between 10 and 4 daily. The gallery is next to Narooma’s Kinema. This exhibition consists of portraits painted and drawn – the larger paintings pre Narooma; the smaller ones and all the drawings done since she arrived in Narooma. Most of the portrait sketches have been made during portrait group sessions in Narooma and Cobargo, so the sitter is arranged to suit the group – not just this artist! A career illustrator since 1968, Janet has also been painting consistently since the early 80s, winning many awards and exhibiting widely; this is her 3rd solo show.
