Bridge Walk Saturday Nov 19th Join us at Korners Park at 11:45 for a celebration walk over the Batemans Bay Bridge.
Hosted by Bridge Birthday Bash After the Bridge Walk, head over to the Foreshore for more celebrations.From 12:00 noon, enjoy our locally farmed oysters and a refreshing drink from the bar, while you listen to live music from the stage at the foreshore.And at 8:30pm , get ready for the fireworks which will light up the skies over Batemans Bay. The fireworks over the waters of beautiful Batemans Bay will ensure the evening goes with a memorable bang! And just to make your walk across the bridge a little more exciting, Village Centre & Bridge Plaza have donated a $200 gift voucher to spend in any store in their centre. So grab your ticket from Korners Park from the friendly Rotary folk, walk across the Bridge and enter the prize draw at the Rotary stall The Bridge History The bridge built by the Department of Main Roads over the Clyde River at Batemans Bay was officially opened for traffic by the Hon.
