Another not to be missed exhibition. "Red Runneth the Thread" is an exhibition by four local textile artists presently showing at SoArt Gallery Narooma. MACS members Karen Mallett and Sue Barford are joined by Marion Webb and Keedah Throssell to present an outstanding collection of their work. A vibrant and textural exhibition opens at SoART Gallery in Narooma through to 29 November "Red Runneth The Thread" is the theme investigated by four local artists to present an eclectic exhibition of threads and mixed media at SoArt Gallery, Narooma (next to the Narooma Cinema) til 29 November. Sue Barford, Karen Mallett, Keedah Throssell and Marian Webb used this theme as inspiration on a creative journey that explores stitch and mixed media. The resultant art pieces are remarkable in their diversity and interpretation.
This is a very different exhibition.
The art pieces reflect the heart of contemporary creativity and question our contribution to the planet's condition.
