Business owners, managers and staff can learn how to make the most of the busy summer season with two free training workshops this month.
Digital marketing will feature tips on improving business websites and branding, using social media and identifying and marketing cross-promotional opportunities.
A hands-on customer serviceworkshop, presented by Kris Laird, is targeted at staff and management who have customer contact. It will focus on online customer service,getting to know customers, feedback, customer service action plans and tricks to success.
