EMAIL SCAM ALERT! These fake emails include a message like ‘Confirmation is required’ or ‘Action is required’ to encourage you to click a link or open an attachment. Once you’ve clicked, malicious software downloads to your computer blocking you from accessing your files until you pay a ransom.
