Last week Bodalla Cheese filled an order of 2,500 of the popular Bush Tucker range that feature native botanicals such as pepperberry from Tasmania, gumleaf smoked, roasted wattle seeds and salt bush into Coles central distribution for dispatching to 51 Coles stores across the state. When Coles took over SupaBarn they noticed that SupaBarn stocked a premium range of Bodalla Cheese which had been enjoyed by their customers for several years. The Bodalla Cheese owner, Sandra McCuaig, and cheesemaker, Lucas Klekowski, were approached by Coles to place their cheese range into 51 stores across Canberra and north through Bowral and into Sydney and Newcastle. The placement wasn't just to be on the dairy shelves but in premier position in the delicatessen section. This opportunity to extend their product to a wider market adds to to their existing distribution into Harris Farm markets in Sydney and Newcastle. This comes as welcome news for our Beagle Weekly readers outside of the Eurobodalla Shire. You can find a full list of stockists on the Bodalla Cheese website
