Body located at beach – Malua Bay
Police will prepare a brief for the Coroner following the death of a man on the state’s Far South Coast.
About 12.10am today (Friday 2 December 2016), emergency services attended Garden Bay Beach, Malua Bay, to search for a man missing after failing to return home from swimming.
A short time later, officers attached to Far South Coast Local Area Command located the body of 54-year-old man and a crime scene was established. Initial investigations suggest there were no suspicious circumstances involved. A report will be prepared for the Coroner. Source Far South Coast LAC - NSW Police Force
