This was the case with a bowl of cinnamon roasted pumpkin, coriander, baby beet leaves and a sriracha yogurt sauce for just $8 It had the umami of the pumpkin sugars, the spice of the coriander and sriracha, the crisp freshness of the leaves and the smooth finish of the yogurt that made the dish perfectly balanced.
