Letter to the Editor Save RN Music Eurobodalla now has a Facebook page (Here) and has joined the online campaign to save ABC Radio Music shows from the axe. If you are on Facebook be sure to share the events with your community to help Save RN Music Eurobodalla and the Keep your hands of RN campaign alive saving Australian music being broadcast nationally and most especially in regional areas! Yesterday's turn out to the Moruya event was well attended, including award winning musicians Sarah Cowan and Jeff Aschmann, who know first hand the value of the proposed shows that are scheduled to be axed including Daily Planet which have played a vital role in the stimulation and promotion of Australian music. Jeff received a national songwriting award for his song I Don’t Need No Plastic Jesus (I Got My GPS) in the “Bluegrass” category at the Canberra Country, Blues and Roots Festival. Sarah Cowan won the recent national Change The World With Your Song competition. Eurobodalla musicians are joining with other musicians around the country to protest the cuts, wanting to to see a thriving Australian music sector, and a relevant and accessible ABC.
