Nice to see Les Gourmandises in Moruya hosting a French Christmas dinner. Appealing on their menu was the foie gras served with fig jam with spelt, chicken in creamy truffles sauce served with French beans, French cheeses served with green Salad and finished off with chocolate & hazelnut, chocolate & coffee or vanilla & berries Christmas log. All by a fireplace giving the feel of a chill night in Paris.
