Congratulations to Ben and John Ralston on the grand opening of their new pop-up cafe and oyster bar at the Batemans Bay Marina. The Ralston Brothers, Ben and John, are fifth generation oyster farmers located on the Clyde River at Batemans Bay. Over the past few years the brothers have been working to provide an oyster with unique shape and taste. Their signature brands, the Waterfall Oyster and the Heritage Oyster are world class.

The Clyde River is known to be "the cleanest river on the entire East Coast of Australia". The purity of the Clyde River along with the generations of farming techniques by the Ralstons have created oysters of international quality. Now visitors to the South Coast will have another perfect opportunity to taste the Ralston oysters at the Farm Gate cafe while taking in the views of the Clyde River, the Tollgates and the Batemans Bay Marina.
