The Rivermouth Cafe celebrates Pink Rocks

To those who surf the Pink Rocks off Broulee Island is a legendary surf break on the South Coast and it just so happens to be pink in colour For those like me who don't surf you can still be part of the Pink Rocks crew at Tomakin's Rivermouth General Store with their PINK ROCKS juice with breakfast. They do say that the colour can vary from day to day based on the natural colours of the ingredients and depending on the daily fresh ingredients with the watermelon pineapple. organic strawberries and apple (I asked for a hint of ginger as well - delectable)

The cafe has built a strong following of committed locals as well as those who drift into Tomakin from around the Shire to enjoy the beach or river mouth. They serve breakfast, lunch and great coffee and have a good range of collectables and locally made gifts well worth checking out. In the off season when things quieten down the Cafe returns to running events with music and special menus. The best thing to do if you are in the area is Like their Facebook page here to be kept up to date.
