Tuross Head Floral Art and Garden Group finished 2016 with gusto and we were delighted to welcome many new members. We start off 2017 at Kyla Hall at 2 p.m. on Saturday 4th February with fun and laughter as members bring along their vases and other containers to fill with what is left from their gardens after the hot, dry summer and the energetic efforts of the local wallaby population to dine out on our roses and other herbacious delicacies.
Our year ahead includes talks on the work of WIRES, Angel Flight, Flying Foxes, orchids and terrariums, fitness and health for the over 50s and visits to All Saints Church, Bodalla, a Clyde River lunch cruise and a visit to the Eurobodalla Botanic Gardens.
Copies of the annual program can be obtained from gwyns@iprimus.com.au. Visitors are most welcome to come along to any talk or activity that attracts their interest. Enquiries to Gwyn 44748387.
