Moruya's Red Door Theatre Launch
2017 is a big year for Moruya's very own theatre company, with the first production just around the corner.
After an initial meeting in August last year, there was a lot of interest to begin a new theatre company.
"We are so fortunate to have so many talented and enthusiastic people in the area. The Eurobodalla has a very vibrant arts/culture scene. You only have to look at The River of Arts, Granite Town, the Bay Writers Festival, FTAG and the Bay Theatre Players to get a sense of the creativity here", said Anthony Mayne.
The Red Door has scheduled an April production of "Babes in the Wood" by Australian play write, Tony Nicholls. The play is being directed by Linda Heald of Narooma. "We are incredibly fortunate to have Linda on board, with her musical and theatrical background", said Anthony.
