Dolphins to Dive into 2017


2017 is shaping up to be a fantastic year for the Broulee Dolphins Rugby Union Club.

The club will be entering teams in the Under 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s ACTJRU competitions and the Senior team will once again take the field as part of the South Coast Monaro competition.

The club invites players who are willing to learn the game, respect their team mates, officials and opponents and do themselves, their families and their club proud to join us for what will be a fantastic season of rugby.

Registration is now open for junior and senior teams at www.dolphinsrugby.com

There will also be a twilight bowls and registration evening on Friday 24 February from 5-7pm at the Tomakin Sports and Social Club. Families can register, meet the coaches and join in some bare foot bowls.

Training for all junior teams is be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4.30pm – 5.30pm. Seniors train from 6:00pm.Training will commence for all age groups on Tuesday 28 February at Captain Oldrey Park, Broulee.

The club will also be launching two exciting new programs on Friday nights in Term 2:

Dusky Dolphins Mini Rugby is an introduction to rugby program for 4-9 Year Olds, where they learn to play rugby in a fun, game based format.

Dolphins Access Rugby is a modified rugby program for players with a disability or additional needs. The program will cater to players from 9 to 18 years of age, who would not usually be able to play the game of rugby
