Earlier on this year the Eurobodalla Shire Councillors agreed by resolution to invite key public servants and ministers to a meeting with councillors and council staff "as soon as it can be arranged" to discuss planning for a future Princes Highway Corridor that would service the shire in the years ahead, economically, and efficiently properly providing for population growth, employment and real economic delivery benefits.
Council even issued a media release under the mayors approval about the decision. It’ll soon be May yet nothing seems to have eventuated from the councillors resolution or direction to date about the high profile meeting that was being planned. It would be of some community benefit if councillors were to follow up on that matter and make sure is occurring as the resolution intended wouldn’t it.
