Round 2 saw Bermagui host Broulee/Moruya Giants in the under 13's whilst taking on the Whalers in the 11's, women's and seniors!! The first ever Broulee Moruya Giants Australian Football U16 team were victorious this weekend over Bermagui. Playing away in Bermagui the home ground advantage played out but with a gutsy come from behind they finished ahead with a 10 point win. Great first effort fellas. The Breakers were victorious in the 11's, 13's and seniors whilst the Giants picked up a win in their first 16's contest and the Whalers claimed 2 wins on the trot!! Broulee Moruya Giants U/13 lost to Bermagui and the Broulee Moruya Giants U/11s had a good win at Tathra.
U16s had a great win v Bermi, hard to give best players, they were all brilliant in the 2nd half to win by 10points. U13s went down to Bermi, last years Premiers. U11s had a good win v Tathra. BMG Women's first game next week at Kyla Park v Narooma, it should be a great day.
