BATEMANS BAY
About 3.40am on Sunday 30 April 2017, police stopped a Kia motor vehicle in Woolabar Drive, Broulee for a road side breath test for alcohol.
The 17 year old P plate female driver was breath tested returning a positive result.
She was arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station. A breath analysis recorded a Low range reading. She was charged with drink driving and will appear at Batemans Bay Local Court.

Around 7.55pm Saturday 29 April 2017, police observed a Suzuki vehicle stop in a car space in a carpark in Sylvan Street, Malua Bay.
The vehicle nearly collided with an embankment. Police breath tested the 22 year old male P plate driver, returning a positive reading.
He was arrested and charged at Batemans Bay Police Station with Special range PCA.
He was also charged with driving with a Disqualified licence.

Sometime between 11pm on Friday 28 April and 8 am Saturday 29 April 2017, a house in Melaleuca Cres, Catalina was broken into.
The occupants were asleep at the time and woke to find the rear sliding door open.
Cash and a mobile phone were stolen. Police are conducting forensic examinations.
