Tuross Head Country Club men golfers competed in a stableford competition round in a lead up to the club championships commencing on Saturday May 13th.
John Eglitis was the winner with a score of 40 stableford points ahead of Rodney Bowron with finished with a close 39 points.

Bruce Brawn 38 points, Paul Ferguson 37 points and Michael Walsh 36 points 36 filled the remaining positions.
Nearest the pin winners were A grade players:
Leigh Coleo on the 4th hole with 1.80 m.
Aaron Monopoli won the 5th hole with 1.43 m and
Mick Walsh was closest on the 7th with 11.2 m.
B grade golfer Paul Scholze was best on the 4th hole with 6.02 m.
Greg Smith was awarded the 6th with 4.89 m and
Andrew Gordon won the 7th with 12.0 m.
C grade player Russ Elliott was the best on the 4th with 4.27 m and
Mick Elfar had 1.62 m on the 6th.
The THCC men’s club championships will be held over 54 holes commencing on the coming Saturday May 13th and finishing on Saturday and Sunday May 20th and 21st.
