In perfect distance running weather there were 37 starters in this evening’s run.
School Cross Country events kept the numbers down.
Two notable absentees were Rhys Flood and Shayne Hargraves, who represented Carroll College in Canberra today, and managed to finish first and second in their respective events.
Personal best times were recorded by Cathy West, Morris Absolom, Selby Johnston, Simone Elliott, Keiran Louttit, Susan Pettit and Riley Beby.
We welcomed Geoff Moore to his first run with the group. He has an excellent career as a distance runner and he is a senior coach manages training sessions for athletics twice a week in Canberra.
