Eurobodalla Council is extending the public toilet block and undertaking pathway works at North Broulee beach to accommodate an accessible toilet.
A local contractor is completing the work for Council and the toilets are open for use while construction is underway.
The accessible toilet will be available to people with disability who will also be able to access the toilet after hours using their MLAK key.
The 2.6 metre extension will be built from concrete block and painted to match the existing structure.
Council has spoken with the Broulee Mossy Point Community Association about opportunities for the community to extend the mosaic work on the front of the block and the mural on the back.
The works will be complete by the end of June.
