BATEMANS BAY
About 11.30pm on Friday 26 May 2017, Highway patrol police observed a Mitsubishi travelling south on the Princes Highway, Batemans Bay driving erratically and crossing lanes. It was stopped near Berrima Parade, Surfside for the purpose of a breath test. The 54 year old driver was breath tested and failed. He was arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police station . He was charged with High range PCA after the breath analysis. He had his drivers licence suspended and issued a court attendance notice for Batemans Bay Local Court.
At about 1:20am Saturday 27 May 2017, the man was stopped again by police as he was driving on the Princes Highway, Batemans Bay. He was arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station. He was charged for the second time with High range PCA and Drive motor vehicle while licence suspended. He was granted bail and will appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on 3 July 2017. Source
