The Tuross Head Country Club men’s golf monthly Scoty stableford competition was won by Peter Garn with a solid score of 40 stableford points.
Dave Bray returned a card with 40 points with Bruce Martin filling third placing on a countback.
Steen O’Shea and Ken Brown won the remaining voucher awards both finishing with 35 points.
Balls were awarded down to 29 points.
Nearest the pins were won by A grade golfers:
Adam weeks on the 4th hole with 1.93 m.
Ken Brown on the 6th with 0.9 m and
Dave Bray on the 7th with 5.10 m.
B grade player Trevor Jones was closest on the 4th with 22.22 m.
Martin Booth was closest on the 6th with 2.70 m and
Peter Garn won the 7th with 3.33 m.
C grade golfer John Englitis was the best on the 4th hole with 6.74 m and Derek Hoare was awarded the 6th with 1.96 m
The coming Saturday event is a par round.
Thursday's medley stableford round was won by Ian Miller with 38 points with Colin Houghton finishing second on a coutback.
Bruce Martin finished with 36 points.
Nearest the pins were won by Steve Johnston on the 4th with 2.82.
Colin Houghton on the 6th with 2.26 m and Ian McManus won the 7th with 2.94 m.
