A new sculpture festival is born in BBay

Batemans Bay is to be transformed in the last week of August when sculptors from all around Australia set up their art works along the foreshores of the majestic Clyde river. A ten day art festival hosted by the Batemans Bay Tourism and Business Chamber will be celebrating all sorts of shape, texture, materials and imagination. With the major prize of $20,000 in it’s inaugural year, the Sculpture on Clyde exhibition is open to all. From interstate and locally based, professional and emerging artists, community groups and novices, all are welcome to participate.

The Batemans Bay Tourism and Business Chamber are now calling all sculptors near and far to make application to the event building on the success of Sculpture by the Sea, Sculpture by the Edge and Lake Light Sculpture. For more information and for application details visit the Sculpture on Clyde website
