Station 217 Batemans Bay reported this morning that just after 5:30am crews were called to a house fire in Surfbeach.
On arrival they found a garage fully alight and quickly got to work.
With the help of Surfbeach RFS and Moruya 384 crews it was quickly put under control with the fire spread contained to the garage only which did result in one vehicle being lost by fire as well.
The cause of the fire is being investigated.
