Broulee Runners Wed 19th July

The runners had a strong headwind to contend with this week but in return for the hard run out the wind pushed them back along to the finish line. We had 6 personal bests, congratulations to Tess Klower, Audrey and Anthony Knobel, Lelia Patyus, Sandra Lunn and Julie Wilks for improving their times in trying conditions.

We welcomed Summer McGeachy, Mary Woodford, Sabrina Mallard, Chris Gunn, Elisa Wirkala and Gary Matthews to our runners Group. Gary (pictured) has been involved in various running groups over the years including the Harriers. He has moved to the area and is looking forward to joining us regularly to meet some of the locals.

A big thank you to Richard Fisher and Riley Beby for helping with timing. See you all next week at 4.30pm.
