Eurobodalla Shire Council is seeking to expressions of interest (EOI) for the licence to operate a café at the newly renovated Moruya Airport terminal.
The terminal renovations which have created the café space, are the first part of a $9.7 million investment in improved services and commercial space at Moruya Airport.
Located just 5km east of Moruya on the beautiful south coast of New South Wales, Moruya Regional Airport is a key transport interchange with three daily return flights to Sydney and a host of other commercial businesses and aviation users.
There is also a campground next to the terminal and the café design allows customers from the campground to be served without the need for them to come in to the terminal. There is also a cycle track which draws locals and tourists from the nearby seaside village of Broulee to the area around the café.
The café operator may sell other products from the café ad would be expected to provide basic products for campground residents e.g. bread and milk.
