ESC representatives from the Recreation and Open Space Strategy (ROSS) and the Parks department met with LBCA president and some committee members to discuss a proposal to replace and upgrade the Higgins Park play equipment and relocate it at Sandy Place Reserve close to the new facilities (toilets, BBQs, picnic settings) as the present Higgins Park equipment is at the end of its safe, usable life and will be decommissioned.
