Changed Traffic Conditions On The Moruya River Bridge

Motorists are advised of changed traffic conditions from Monday 28 August on the Moruya River Bridge for maintenance work to be carried out at Moruya.

The NSW Government has provided $250,000 for this essential maintenance work for the safety for motorists.

Work will involve repairing the bridge joints and will be carried out between 6pm and 6am from Sunday to Thursday until early November 2017, weather permitting and excluding public holidays.

Temporary lane closures, traffic control and a reduced 40 km/h speed limit will be in place during work hours for the safety of workers and the community.

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.

Roads and Maritime Services thanks the community for its patience while work is carried out.
