On Wednesday 18 October the Narooma Camera Club held its monthly competition. The set subject was Animal Portraits and the results were as follows:
Division A Open category:

Silver award: Shirley Gunter.
Division A Set subject:
Gold award: Russell Howick; Colin Pass.
Silver award: Brian Gunter; MIchelle Merry.
Division B Open category:
Gold award: Wendy Fisk.
Silver award: Deb Flynn.
Division B Set subject:
Gold award: Deb Flynn; Kathy Grayson.
Silver award: Deb Flynn.

After the competition, members viewed a section of a DVD which Colin Pass had produced for the Moruya Hospital oncology waiting room. The DVD comprises 400 photographs of scenes from around Australia by members of the Narooma Camera Club and the Eurobodalla Photographic Club.
Each year the club enters a panel of photographs into the NSW Federation of Camera Clubs Inter Club competition. Congratulations go to Deb Flynn for being awarded the highest score of the Narooma Camera Club’s entries for her picture “lone barley stalk”.
