Batemans Bay Tigers rugby league football club have signed a new captain coach for the upcoming 2018 season.
Luke Farmer, a 27-year-old halfback will lead the team in 2018. Luke has played in the very strong group 20 league for Griffith Waratahs. in the last 4 seasons, Luke has played in 3 grand finals, winning 2 of them.
Luke is a very talented player and was named in the dream team of group 20 in 2016 and is a goal kicker and was awarded the top point scorer and top goal kicker in the 2017 season for group 20.
Batemans Bay Tigers rugby league football club are also seeking coaches, team managers, trainers and players for the following teams: reserve grade, under 18s, ladies league tag, under 18 ladies tackle and open womens tackle.

2018 sees the Bay Tigers field 6 teams. The ladies tackle teams will compete in the Illawarra competition where they are hoping to repeat the success from last season. The under 18s became premiers which was a real credit to all players and families involved.
