It has been a good year for the Auxiliary with various fundraising events during the year, including our regular Raffles, Charity Cash Bingo every Sunday at Moruya Bowling Club, (our last for the year is 10th December and we will recommence Sunday 7th January 2018), 4 Street stalls, Book Fair, Open Gardens and participating in the Tuross Fair.
In June we celebrated our 50th year of volunteer service to our Hospital with fundraising for much needed equipment for the comfort and care of patients. All monies raised goes towards items on the hospital "Wish List".
Our Christmas raffle is on sale Thursday & Friday at Woolworths Moruya 9.00am to 12 noon until drawn on Friday 15th December.
Our Christmas Stall will be held Saturday 9th December 8.30 to 12.00 outside Harris Scarfe Moruya - regular favourites cakes, slices, jams, pickles, relishes, sauces, produce, craft items, plants, gift items, and also raffle sales. Any of these would be great Christmas gifts.
We will hold our last meeting for the year Monday 4th December at 2.00pm venue Moruya District Hospital Lower Ground Floor Conference Room. All visitors will be welcome."
