Allora !!!! The Bodalla Dairy have two International legends of ice cream on board. Joe and Fabbio, both from Italy have created 42 flavours specifically for the Bodalla Dairy unhomoginsed milk. Made in the factory right next door with milk from Bodalla cows nearby this would have to be the freshest icecream you could ever possibly find made by world class icecream makers. Joe is highly regarded in the icecream world and has presented at the Italian SIGEP trade fair which is the most important & specialized European fair in the sectors of bakery, confectionery & ice-cream making in Europe.The Bodalla Dairy Ice Creamery will have 16 flavours on taste all the time; 12 of which will be a selection of standard flavours with a rotation of 4 specials every week. And YESSSSS !!!!! Take home packs will be available The Bodalla Dairy Shed Ice Creamery renovations were officially opened by the Eurobodalla Mayor, Liz Innes on Wednesday night.
