Thank you and congratulations to Sally Padey, owner of the Mogo Zoo, and all her wonderful team for bringing the dream of Mogo Zoo into the incredible reality and facility that it is.
Boxing Day 2017 marked 28 years of incredible effort, endless commitment and unstoppable passion for wildlife preservation. Starting out with just an old house ( very old ) a shell of a shed and about 4 gum trees Sally and her team including many volunteers have built a world class home for her animals, from lions to meerkats, giraffes to orangutan and gorilla and all the while achieving great results in the zoo’s contribution to the world’s endangered species breeding programs.
