Why is Roger Federer so happy?
Maybe it’s because he’s now over 35 and eligible to play in the 2018 Club Narooma Seniors Tennis Tournament!
The 4th annual Club Narooma Seniors Tennis Tournament will be held 9th – 11th March, 2018. This Over 35’s tournament has a full 3 day program of singles, mens doubles, womens doubles and mixed doubles.
Players can enter up to 5 events over the weekend. Each event is completed in either a morning or an afternoon. All events will be round-robin format so, win or lose, everyone will get plenty of tennis.
The Tournament is sanctioned by Tennis Seniors NSW and forms part of a state-wide “circuit” of Over 35’s tennis tournaments. While play is always competitive, matches are played in a friendly sporting spirit.
The tournament receives entries from Sydney, ACT and across southern NSW.
In addition to the tennis, over the tournament weekend Narooma Tennis Club and Club Narooma will be hosting a players’ welcome on Friday night and Trivia Night on Saturday (both at Club Narooma), as well as the popular free BBQ lunch on Sunday.
Entry fees are $15 per person per event, spectators are free and very welcome. Entries close on Monday 26th February, 2018
