Batemans Bay Paddle Challenge Registrations NOW OPEN Registrations are now open for a weekend of paddle races and activities on the waters of the Clyde River on the unspoilt NSW South Coast. Entries for the main events in the paddle challenge close on April 26 at 9pm. There are paddling races for everyone, great live music, a novelty raft race, SUP demos, canoe polo demos, a bonfire by the river, fire twirlers and fireworks over the Clyde River. The Challenge organisers have also organised a fun novelty event in aid of those who lost homes and possessions in the Tathra bushfire. Scheduled for 3.30pm on the day businesses and groups will assemble a raft using materials supplied and will be required to build and race the craft they construct.
