This week's Narooma wrap up The Narooma Blue Water Dragons stall at the Rotary Markets was extremely successful raising money for the Tathra Bushfire Fund. They managed to raise well over $1000! Thanks go to Carol for co-ordinating the stall and all club members who volunteered and donated goods. An outstanding effort team.
Montague Art & Craft Society Inc. 37th Easter Exhibition continues to be a great draw card and a premier event for their members to display the extent of their talent. This year it has also received record sponsorship with thanks to the businesses and people of Narooma.
A round of applause for the staff, Volunteers, and “Friends of VIC” who run the Visitor Information Centre as part of the partnership between Eurobodalla Shire Council and MACS. This year the Centre enjoyed record income from souvenirs and MACS Members’ art and craft, all of which goes first to run the Centre, then to the Community and to help fund MACS equipment and activities.|
Narooma Camera Club host their annual Photographic Exhibition at Club Narooma from March 30th to April 1st
Narooma CWA Easter garage Sale, from 8am to 2pm, on Saturday, March 31 at 96 Princes Hwy, Narooma. There will be home-made goodies and sausage sandwiches to eat. Thumb through the book, rummage through a range of pre-loved items including clothes and bric-a-brac, or pick up a new plant for the garden.Be sure to guess the number of Easter Eggs in the jar.Goods for the sale can be donated by dropping them in to the CWA on Friday morning, 10am-12pm, or Tuesday afternoon, 1pm to 3.30pm.
