Tuross Head Country Club men's golf held a single stableford competition together with a novelty event with four players competing in 6 X 6 X 6 team competition last Saturday.
Ian Lawson easily won the individual 18 hole stableford round with an excellent 44 points ahead of Ian McManus who finished with a score of 42 points.
Glen Shearer filled third placing with 40 points ahead of Michael Kermode with 37.
The team event was won by Anthony Lore, Grry Strickland, Greg Smith and Richard Kelly with a total of 84 points.
Nearest the pins were won by A grade player Brad Doolan with 0.8 m on the 4th hole and Brad was also closest on the 6th with 1.05 m.
Col Houghton was closest on the 7th with 10.35 m.
B grade golfer Frank Pomfret was best on the 4th with 3.06 m
Bruce Lidbury won the 6th with 2.27 m and Ian McManus the 7th with 0.88m.
C grade best was Ian Kingston with 3,57 m on the 4th hole.
S. Ackerman was awarded the 6th with 3.37 m and he was also the winner on the 7th with 0.71 m.
