Ever wanted to visit and inspect the WW2 concrete bunkers at Moruya Airport? This FREE walking tour was a huge success last Remembrance Day .... again we will gain exclusive access to the bunkers and history surrounding these silent reminders of World War Two. Join historians from Moruya & District Historical Society for a description of when war came to the south coast.
TOUR STARTS 9.30am (April 14th) at Moruya Museum to hear stories of our local men and women who went to war (Entry fee donation to support our museum). Then meet 10.40am at the intersection of George Bass Drive & Donnelly Drive to visit the bunkers. Sausage sizzle available to support Moruya Pistol Club.
