BATEMANS BAY POLICE NEED COMMUNITY HELP
Batemans Bay Police are appealing to members of the public who may have witnessed an assault which occurred on Orient St Batemans Bay to come forward.
At about 9:30am on Friday 6th April 2018 a male was driving his vehicle (see photo) along Orient St when he was attacked through his car window. The victim sustained significant injuries including a dislocated shoulder which required hospital treatment.
Police are aware that there were several onlookers who may have filmed the incident with their mobile phones and are urging those people to come forward and help police with this investigation.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Batemans Bay police station on 4472 0099 or you can anomalously provide information via Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 and quote E67742775 MORUYA Sometime between 7pm Sunday 8 April 2018 and 8am Monday 9 April 2018 unknown offender/s have attempted to break into the house in Campbell Street, Moruya. A ground floor window was targeted with the insect screen removed and window smashed. No entry was made and the occupant was home at the time. Police are investigating and conducting forensic examinations.
