Batemans Bay parkrun # 102 - 14/04/2018


Batemans Bay Parkrun held its 102nd Parkrun on on Saturday to the backdrop of a perfect blue sky Autumn morning however it did have very strong winds so congratulations to those that achieved personal best times! Greg Humphries John Fleming Jessica Carew Wendy Ezendam We had an amazing 35 keen participants who ran, jogged and walked the course, 9 were first timers and 3 recorded new Personal Bests. A massive thank you to this weeks volunteers! We couldn’t do it without you! Many thanks to our Volunteers today. Tracy Denning, Kim Young, Ken Cox, Yma Carnall, Robyn Kennedy, Garran Carnall and Tori Hennig. What fun we had together!


Batemans Bay parkrun started on 7th May 2016. What is Batemans Bay parkrun? It is a 5km run - it's you against the clock. When is it? Every Saturday at 8:00am. Where is it? The event takes place at Rotary Park, Batemans Bay, 2536. What does it cost to join in? Nothing - it's free! but please register before your first run. How fast do I have to be? We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace! Batemans Bay parkrun needs you! It is entirely organised by volunteers - email batemansbayhelpers@parkrun.com to help. We're friendly! Every week we grab a post parkrun coffee in the Starfish Deli, Promenade Plaza, 1 Clyde St, Batemans Bay - please come and join us!
