The Beagle Editor, On Sunday 22 April 8am at Rosedale Beach, I counted 16 people walking in groups. All groups had one or more dogs with them. One walker was unaccompanied. Tuesday 24 April, 8 am, eight people in groups or singly accompanied by a dog. Wednesday 25 April 8 am 17 people in groups, many dogs. Three unaccompanied walkers. It seems to me that the majority should rule, and that people without dogs should be banned from the beach, or possibly permitted at night, when they don't upset the dog owners.
