Roads and Maritime Services advises motorists changed traffic conditions will be in place next Wednesday on the Princes Highway.
Geotechnical investigation work will be carried out at the intersection of the highway and Hector McWilliam Drive at the turnoff to Tuross Head.
Work will take place on Wednesday 2 May between 8am and 5pm, weather permitting, and is part of the Australian Government’s $9 million Eurobodalla Roads Upgrade Package.
Temporary traffic changes will be in place while work is carried out, including the closure of the left turning lane from the Princes Highway into Hector McWilliam Drive.
A reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will also be in place during work hours.
Motorists will be able to turn left into Hector McWilliam Drive from the through travel lane and traffic controllers will be on site for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions and follow the directions of signs and traffic control. Roads and Maritime thanks motorists for their patience while this work is carried out.
