THE SYDNEY MALE CHOIR TO PERFORM IN THE BAY
Few sounds in music are stirring the heart and emotion as much as that of an all-male choir. Founded in 1913 the Sydney Male Choir is one of the finest and most respected male voice choirs in Australia. They have performed all over the world and since 1930 the choir has led the singing at the ANZAC Day Dawn Service in Sydney’s Martin Place.
During the first weeks in May, the Choir will be touring southern NSW, and Batemans Bay is on the itinerary. The choir will also be singing with some local choirs during the tour. In Batemans Bay they will be joined by the Batemans Bay U3A singers in a few songs from their ever expanding repertoire.
The concert will be in the Salvation Army Citadel, 27A Old Princess Highway, Batemans Bay on SATURDAY 12 MAY at 2 pm.
Tickets are $15 for adults, $5 for children and for children under 10 it is free.
Tickets are available at the Salvation Army Citadel and at Noni B in Bridge Plaza near Woolworth and the Reject shop.
Afternoon tea will served and proceeds will go to the Salvation Army.
Saturday 12 May is the day before Mothers Day. Why not surprise mother with a ticket to an outstanding concert with songs she would love.
