South Coast Police District Report


BATEMANS BAY

About 7:20pm on Tuesday 8 May 2018, police were patrolling the Mogo township.

Police stopped a Honda motor vehicle travelling north on the Princes Highway for a roadside test after the car was allegedly driving erratically.

The 43 year old female driver was arrested after a positive reading for alcohol.

She was arrested and taken to Batemans Bay Police Station.

She was charged with Mid-range PCA and had her licence suspended.

The driver will appear at Batemans Bay Local Court on 4 June 2018.

MORUYA

A 14 year old girl has been charged with 2 x Steal from dwelling and Take / Drive a motor vehicle after incidents in Moruya between 4 and 6 May 2018.

She has been granted bail to appear at Moruya Children’s Court on 8 June 2018.

Also a 16 year old male has been charged with Be carried in conveyance taken without consent.

He also has been granted bail to appear at Moruya Children’s Court on 8 June 2018. Media Release
