Supporters of Bodalla Netball braved a blustery night to help with a trivia fundraiser hosted by Quota International of Narooma on 11 May. Michelle Robinson, spokesperson for Bodalla Netball, thanked all who attended and said the money raised would go towards purchasing much needed equipment and uniforms.
The Trivia Tragics team took top score and donated their $100 prize to the netball organisation. Members of the winning team were: Mark Beaver, Sally James, Bronwyn Glyde, Nicarla Glyde, Pauline Wilcock and Lynda Simpson.
The runners up were the “Ida Knows”, with Dave and Hollie Wilkinson, Zoe Bettini, Kim Carles, Leanne Cumming, Belinda Hicks and Michael Kocwin.
Gillian Kearney’s team won the Squiggle prize yet again, but congratulations should go to all the wonderful artists. These drawings produced the largest coin collection in Quota’s trivia history, which was great news for the Bodalla Netball.
Winner of the huge vegie and fruit platter was Kathy Stockings, a long-time supporter of the community trivia nights.
A big thank you goes to Ian at IGA Dalmeny for donating gifts for the prize table.
Quota’s next trivia night will be held on 17 August for the Bluewater Dragons.
