Local girl Brooke Allison is set on her path for Miss World Australia - making it through to the Miss World Australia NSW state finals to be held in July. Miss World is a pageant where contestants are judged on personality, evening wear and Q&A and in the process they raise money for charity internationally. Brooke entered Miss World Australia for its focus on encouraging and inspiring women around the world to live a compassionate and humane life and raise much-needed funds for the children's charity= Variety. Variety have been the major sponsors of the Corrigans Beach Inclusive playground. So much so that it is now named the Corrigans Variety Playground. Brooke is a former Cobargo Public and Narooma High School teenager who was a keen member of Cobargo and Narooma swim clubs and Bermagui life-saving club representing our district at regional and state levels. Brooke would love to show off her community spirit to the rest of Australia by asking each of you who are able to donate as little as $2 to reach her target of $10,000.
