Weekend Sports Wrap up


Narooma Devils took on the Cooma Stallions at Bill Smyth Oval, Narooma in all four grades.

Narooma She-Devils started the day strong with a 10 - 8 win over the Cooma Fillies.

The Narooma 18’s came out easy victors with a final score of 54-20 with 41 of those 54 points going to Clyde & Matty Parsons

Narooma Devils Reserve and 1st Grade boys went down Cooma in their matches. Reserves lost to Cooma 40-10, Narooma Firsts were narrowly beaten by a well informed Cooma 28-26

All grades of the Bay Tigers were back in action on Sunday for a big day of footy down in Bega. Bay Tigers 1st grade went down to Bega 32:10 in a tight game with Bega taking the lead a the halftime hooter to go into the second half 12:6 Bay Tigers Reserves went down 68:0 to an artful Bega Roosters Reserve Grade team Bay Tigers Under 18’s went down to Bega 24:10 The Tigeress Ladies depleted side was down 6:0 to Bega Chicks Ladies League Tag at the break and came back in the 2nd going down 6:4 at full time with just 11 players.
